BOOKING & PAYMENT

100BND non-refundable deposit is required to secure you date/ event. The remaining balance may be settled before or after the event concludes. Final image delivery will commence upon full payment.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling is allowed once only and must be within one (1) year from the original event date, subject to our availability. If we are unable to accommodate the new date, including requests made less than three (3) months before the event, no refund will be provided.

DELIVERY

Final products will be delivered within 1–2 months after the event.

In the event delivery exceeds 2 months, the client will receive a 100BND refund.

AMMENDMENTS

If no song request is provided prior to editing, we will proceed with a suitable selection.

Any request to change the song after editing has begun will incur an additional fee.

USAGE & COPYRIGHT

We own the copyright to all content. Some photos/videos may be used for promotion. Unless you notify us beforehand.
